The 3 fundamentals to a high level and successful referral Real Estate business (because you can’t rely on leads only):

  1. Exceptional execution
  2. Perfect database
  3. Perfect pipeline

Anyone can be successful in this business. One of the primary things that success requires is dedication at a level that many people are not willing to invest in.

You are running a very weak business if you do not have a perfect database and a perfect pipeline. You can never run a referral-based business if you are not exceptional at the delivery of professionalism to your clients and all parties associated with the transaction.
